We are seeking a Tender Office Assistant to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately complete tender documents and maintain electronic records of submitted documents.
  • Search for relevant tender opportunities across various platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to the bid process and timely submission of tender documents.
  • Coordinate the collection of tender documents and manage tender-related meetings.
  • Develop and maintain an organized electronic filing system.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Requirement: Grade 12/Matric
  • Experience in administration is essential. Familiarity with regulations such as the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), and BBBEE requirements is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure, including working overtime when necessary.
  • Adaptability to high-stress, fast-paced environments.

Personal Attributes and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey tender-related information effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Reliable transportation, including after-hours availability.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary package: R15,000 to R20,000 CTC, based on experience.
