Location: Pretoria East
We are seeking a Tender Office Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete tender documents and maintain electronic records of submitted documents.
- Search for relevant tender opportunities across various platforms.
- Ensure adherence to the bid process and timely submission of tender documents.
- Coordinate the collection of tender documents and manage tender-related meetings.
- Develop and maintain an organized electronic filing system.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Requirement: Grade 12/Matric
- Experience in administration is essential. Familiarity with regulations such as the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), and BBBEE requirements is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure, including working overtime when necessary.
- Adaptability to high-stress, fast-paced environments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey tender-related information effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational abilities.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary package: R15,000 to R20,000 CTC, based on experience.
