Purpose:
Ensure the uninterrupted operation of the production line by adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities:
- Optimize capacity utilization
- Maintain safe working practices
- Ensure cleanliness and organization (housekeeping)
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Participate in Invocoms meetings

Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Key Outputs:
- Working in a factory setting with heat, noise, and flour dust exposure
- Availability for overtime and irregular hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Six-day work schedule
