Introduction
Exciting driver opportunities are now available across all provinces! As a Driver/Last Mile Executive with Madibana SA, you will be responsible for the collection and delivery of shipments—ranging from small parcels to larger consignments—within your designated area or route. This role also includes the careful handling of fragile items and, most importantly, serving as a brand ambassador by providing customer advisory support in a professional and disciplined manner.
We are currently recruiting for Driver/Last Mile Executives in the following provinces:
- Western Cape
- Gauteng
- Mpumalanga
- Northern Cape
- Limpopo
- Free State
- Eastern Cape
- North West
- KwaZulu-Natal
Key Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate collections and deliveries for both assigned and unassigned shipments
- Use the Madibana SA App to book, assign, collect, and deliver shipments according to SOPs
- Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained
- Complete daily vehicle checklists, submit fuel slips, and provide proof of delivery (POD) documentation
- Follow all road traffic regulations, company vehicle and cellphone policies, and safety protocols
- Immediately report any delays, incidents, or vehicle concerns to the Operations Supervisor
- Load and unload packages with care, ensuring correct handling and verification
- Maintain client confidentiality and exhibit professional behavior at all times
- Adhere to cold chain and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) protocols where applicable
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Tech-savvy with awareness of current technology trends
- Ability to effectively use the Madibana SA App (training will be provided)
- Willingness to learn and navigate our full operating software—from order processing to POD
- Post-matric qualification is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to educate and inform clients about current features and services
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional driving experience
Remuneration Package
- Gross annual salary: R111,600
- Includes Medical Aid, Provident Fund, and a 13th Cheque Bonus
