Our client in Claremont, Cape Town is looking for a reliable and dedicated Plant Maintainer/Driver to join their team. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, a valid Code 8 Driver’s License, and proven driving experience. A professional, courteous demeanor, excellent attendance record, and extensive knowledge of the Cape Town area are essential. Flexibility to work long hours and overtime is required. Experience in the services industry, particularly plant maintenance, is an added advantage.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Valid, unendorsed Code 8 Driver’s License
- Proven driving experience
- Professional, polite, and courteous attitude
- Excellent attendance record
- Thorough knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding areas
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime
- Experience in plant maintenance or the services industry is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for plants supplied to customers
- Perform plant-ups as needed
- Take responsibility for assigned delivery routes
- Drive safely, anticipating potential hazards and road conditions
- Ensure timely and professional deliveries
- Complete delivery sheets accurately
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Assist in warehouse upkeep and organization
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
