Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to transport goods safely and efficiently within the required timeframes. The role requires strict adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and road laws while ensuring proper vehicle handling and load management.
Key Responsibilities
🚛 Safe & Timely Deliveries
- Transport goods safely from one destination to another within set timeframes.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules.
- Ensure proper loading and offloading of products, including pallets.
🔍 Vehicle Maintenance & Safety
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults or mechanical issues.
- Complete vehicle inspection sheets and refuel as necessary.
- Adhere to safety regulations while operating the vehicle.
📑 Documentation & Compliance
- Check and verify documentation against loads before departure.
- Ensure all proof of deliveries are signed upon delivery.
- Return any undelivered invoices, empty containers (lugs), or returned products.
- Maintain compliance with Road Traffic Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act, and company policies.
📢 Communication & Workplace Standards
- Report daily activities using the provided system.
- Ensure compliance with 5S standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Wear and maintain the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements
📌 Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Driver in the industry.
- Valid Code 14 Driver’s License and PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
- RSA ID and Matric (Grade 12) qualification.

- Ability to work day or night shifts.
- Flexible, punctual, and reliable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
