Position: Payloader Driver
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Payloader Driver to join our team in Nasrec, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Payloader Operator License—this is non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Payloader efficiently and safely in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained machine at all times.
- Identify and report defects, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure coal & SF feed to the boiler to prevent plant operation stoppages.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for payloaders.
- Follow health, safety, and housekeeping regulations in the workplace.
- Understand risk, business processes, and operational controls within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Valid Payloader Operator License (Non-Negotiable).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Payloader Driver.
- Previous experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Clean criminal record (verification required).
