Location: Europcar Branch, Lanseria Airport (Permanent Role)

Position Overview
This role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient customer service by ensuring each customer receives a clean, safe, and road-ready vehicle that meets our quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to meet high company standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on vehicles, including identifying expired licenses or any non-compliant issues.
  • Refill fuel and check tyre pressure, oil, and fluid levels after every rental.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers following company procedures.
  • Process vehicle returns in line with quality control and claims protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized yard and surrounding areas.
  • Uphold the company’s values through ethical behavior and protection of company and customer assets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years of professional driving experience

Minimum Qualification:

  • NQF Level 4 (Grade 12 or equivalent)

Requirements:

  • Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (held for at least 2 years)
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to read and interpret maps
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
