Driver (Code 10 with PrDP) – Durban

Our client, based in Durban, is looking for a Driver (Code 10 with PrDP) to join their team on a 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport printing and signage products to customers and suppliers.
- Load, unload, and verify stock before and after deliveries.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to the schedule.
- Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring it remains clean and roadworthy.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company transport policies.
- Assist with general logistics and warehouse duties as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service through a professional, neat, and friendly approach.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, sales teams, and customers.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) for clear communication.
- Neat, presentable, and professional appearance and conduct.
- Friendly and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Durban’s road networks and routes.
- Ability to handle and secure goods safely.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
Compensation & Employment
- Monthly salary (market-related).
- 3-month contract position.
