About the Role
Zibo Containers, a leading manufacturer of thermoformed plastic packaging, is looking for a motivated, dynamic, and reliable Code 10 Truck Driver to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after deliveries/collections.
- Ensure that the vehicle’s load matches the relevant invoices and delivery notes.
- Assist with loading and offloading stock.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
- Complete all required documentation and work reports accurately.
- Drive in full compliance with traffic laws and company regulations.
- Report any vehicle defects to the Warehouse or Logistics Manager.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and out on a daily and weekly basis.
- Confirm and sign for any delivery discrepancies and immediately notify the warehouse office.
- Adhere to all company health and safety policies.
- Perform any other reasonable work-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license with PDP
- Clear criminal record
- Ability to handle physical tasks
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience
