Job Opportunity: Driver – Johannesburg
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Driver to join our Johannesburg branch, reporting directly to the Branch Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely load, transport, and deliver orders to clients while adhering to safety protocols and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles for deliveries and returns across various locations.
- Load and offload orders for customers.
- Plan and compile daily routing schedules to optimize deliveries.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse and sales team to coordinate smooth delivery operations.
- Maintain daily trip sheets and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including weekend stock-taking, offloading trucks, and packing stock as required.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns professionally.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate (mandatory).
- Valid Code 8/EB driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a delivery driver.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
