This role is based at our Geochemistry Laboratory in Orkney (Vaal River Laboratory). The position involves performing routine analytical techniques in line with established Sample Preparation and Fire Assay procedures.
Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to deliver a reliable and courteous transportation service with a strong emphasis on safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods and provide transportation services as needed.
- Perform deliveries and/or collections when required.
- Maintain and operate records as per company standards.
- Adhere to SGS’s management system requirements for quality and safety.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the direct line manager.
- Ensure company vehicles are kept clean and in good condition.
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Driver’s License
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of driving experience

- Proficiency in reading maps/GPS
