Job Opportunity: Warehouse & Distribution Operator

Key Responsibilities
- Stock Handling: Perform put-away, cycle counting, and picking of raw materials.
- Loading & Unloading: Ensure safe handling of stock during loading and unloading processes.
- Order Picker Operations: Operate an Order Picker efficiently and safely in compliance with the Health and Safety Act.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and enforce required warehouse standards.
- Stock Preparation: Organize, package, and stage stock neatly for shipment.
- Workplace Safety: Keep the distribution center clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks on the Order Picker.
- Asset Protection: Safeguard company equipment and stock from damage.
- Inspection & Reporting: Inspect assigned work areas and complete necessary documentation.
- Issue Resolution: Report any stock discrepancies or damages to management immediately.
- General Assistance: Support other distribution-related activities as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
- Licensing: Valid Fleet Driver’s License.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Distribution Centre.
- Minimum 1 year of fleet driving experience.
