Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 10 Certificate
- A valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of:
- Departmental policies and procedures

- Computer literacy
- Excellent driving capabilities
- Time management and conflict resolution
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver official documents and correspondence (e.g., from the Post Office and other departmental offices)
- Transport staff, guests, and special advisors of the Minister to various destinations
- Provide general support services to the Minister’s office
- Stay informed about applicable departmental policies and procedures
