Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain customer orders to ensure timely invoicing and delivery.

  • Manage imported goods, including cost analysis, movement tracking, and processing necessary documentation.

πŸ“Œ Customer & Agent Support

  • Handle customer inquiries, provide prompt and accurate responses via phone and email, and resolve concerns efficiently.

πŸ“Œ Order Accuracy & Timeliness

  • Ensure all sales order administration is accurate and completed on schedule.

πŸ“Œ Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong communication with customers, sales teams, and agents to build positive relationships.

πŸ“Œ Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Credit Control, Customer Returns, and Warehouse teams to streamline processes.

  • Assist with reporting tasks and provide general administrative support as required.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

βœ” 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales administration.
βœ” Strong verbal and written communication skills.
βœ” Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
βœ” Excellent attention to detail, time management, and relationship-building skills.
βœ” Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic work environment.
