Customer Service & Sales Administrator
Introduction

As a key team member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also support the team leader and collaborate with stakeholders through the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
π Sales Order Management
- Oversee and maintain customer orders to ensure timely invoicing and delivery.
π Import Coordination
- Manage imported goods, including cost analysis, movement tracking, and processing necessary documentation.
π Customer & Agent Support
- Handle customer inquiries, provide prompt and accurate responses via phone and email, and resolve concerns efficiently.
π Order Accuracy & Timeliness
- Ensure all sales order administration is accurate and completed on schedule.
π Relationship Management
- Maintain strong communication with customers, sales teams, and agents to build positive relationships.
π Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Credit Control, Customer Returns, and Warehouse teams to streamline processes.
π Reporting & Administration
- Assist with reporting tasks and provide general administrative support as required.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
β 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales administration.
β Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
β Excellent attention to detail, time management, and relationship-building skills.
β Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic work environment.
