Purpose of the Role
Contribute to the success of the store by providing accurate information to customers and resolving their queries to ensure their satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the company’s success.
- Act as a host/hostess to visitors on business premises.
- Provide information about products and services through various channels.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Advise customers on various business processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the cash desk and assist with orders, exchanges, and refunds.
- Oversee the business’s loyalty program.
- Handle returned goods and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Provide cash back on returned items.
- Record all transactions accurately.
- Minimize customer complaints.
- Ensure fast and reliable service to customers.
- Comply with till policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all internal control procedures.
- Deliver high-quality services including the welcome point and loyalty card.
- Maintain exceptional relationships with customers.
- Ensure departmental efficiency to reduce customer waiting time.
- Enhance service quality through efficient processes.
Requirements

- Excellent communication skills.
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Previous retail merchandising experience.

- Retail experience is an advantage.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
