Full Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Courier Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of packages and parcels to specified destinations. This role also involves maintaining accurate delivery records and providing excellent customer service during all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers, stores, service centers, and drop-off points with accurate documentation and stock.
- Return undelivered stock, pick-ups, or incorrectly loaded items to the service center.
- Take accountability for the stock, vehicle, and equipment entrusted to your care.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Interact with customers in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Ensure effective self-management and contribute to teamwork.
Knowledge Requirements
- Familiarity with products and services.
- Understanding of transportation principles and records maintenance.
- Awareness of distribution safety protocols and responsible care practices.
- Extensive geographical knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of PEPKOR Lifestyle policies, practices, processes, and systems.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Valid driver’s license and Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- At least 3 years of experience as a driver in a courier environment.
