🚨 Please Note: This role requires shift work, so working hours will vary. Candidates must have their own reliable transport.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting DSL, Fibre, and Mobile Broadband (3G/LTE/5G) services.
- Assisting with Voice Services, Web Hosting, and Fixed Line Installations/Faults.
- Providing outstanding customer support and technical assistance.
Requirements & Skills

- Prior experience in IT support and client service.
