Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional customer support across multiple help channels, including email ticketing and telephone assistance.

🚨 Please Note: This role requires shift work, so working hours will vary. Candidates must have their own reliable transport.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting DSL, Fibre, and Mobile Broadband (3G/LTE/5G) services.
  • Assisting with Voice Services, Web Hosting, and Fixed Line Installations/Faults.
  • Providing outstanding customer support and technical assistance.

Requirements & Skills

Must-Have:

  • Enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in IT support and client service.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A commitment to client service excellence.
  • Residence in Gauteng is required.

Bonus Skills (Advantageous):

  • Technical experience with DSL, Fibre, Mobile Broadband (3G/LTE/5G), and email support.
