About the Role

Join a rapidly expanding listed group in this dynamic Human Resources Administrator role. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong payroll and HR experience to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Capture and analyze weekly hours for employees.
- Maintain timesheets and clock card records efficiently.
- Ensure all overtime is approved and correctly calculated.
- Process leave pay calculations and maintain accurate records.
- Handle daily employee interactions and HR-related queries.
Requirements
✔ Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
✔ 5 years of HR experience
✔ Proficiency in Excel & computer literacy
✔ Experience with VIP Payroll (preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the Employment Equity Act
✔ Timesheet and clock card experience
✔ Ability to start immediately (preferred)
