About the Role

Join a rapidly expanding listed group in this dynamic Human Resources Administrator role. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong payroll and HR experience to support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Capture and analyze weekly hours for employees.
  • Maintain timesheets and clock card records efficiently.
  • Ensure all overtime is approved and correctly calculated.
  • Process leave pay calculations and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle daily employee interactions and HR-related queries.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
5 years of HR experience
Proficiency in Excel & computer literacy
✔ Experience with VIP Payroll (preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the Employment Equity Act
Timesheet and clock card experience
Ability to start immediately (preferred)
