Position Summary

Our client is an underwriting administrator that specializes in vehicle-related products offered at the point of sale by Finance & Insurance Managers in dealerships. The role involves handling claims, liaising with clients and service providers, validating claims, and processing payments.


Job Title: Vehicle Claims Administrator

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Vehicle Claims Administrator with prior experience in claims processing. This is a fast-paced role within the service industry and requires someone who can work well under pressure and communicate effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process vehicle-related insurance claims
  • Communicate professionally with clients and service providers
  • Validate and assess claim submissions
  • Ensure timely and accurate claim payments

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
  • A relevant Diploma or Degree (Advantageous)
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in claims handling
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English – written and spoken
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
