Our client is an underwriting administrator that specializes in vehicle-related products offered at the point of sale by Finance & Insurance Managers in dealerships. The role involves handling claims, liaising with clients and service providers, validating claims, and processing payments.

Job Title: Vehicle Claims Administrator
We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Vehicle Claims Administrator with prior experience in claims processing. This is a fast-paced role within the service industry and requires someone who can work well under pressure and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process vehicle-related insurance claims
- Communicate professionally with clients and service providers
- Validate and assess claim submissions
- Ensure timely and accurate claim payments
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
- A relevant Diploma or Degree (Advantageous)
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in claims handling
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English – written and spoken
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
