Job Overview
Purpose:

To ensure high-quality products are received and prepared for customers in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per SOP.
- Adhere to food safety regulations in line with SOP.
- Prepare menu items efficiently while ensuring speed of service.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or fast-food service environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good verbal communication abilities.
- National Senior Certificate (Matric).
