FlySafair, operating as Safair Operations, is seeking a Call Centre Agent to join our team at our head office in Bonaero Park. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Manager: Call Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers and passengers.
  • Address issues such as delays, cancellations, and general inquiries.
  • Provide clear explanations of processes and assist customers as needed.
  • Work effectively within a team and accommodate shift work beyond standard hours.
  • Manage confidential customer information with discretion.
  • Communicate professionally with customers both verbally and in writing.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in a Call Centre environment.
  • A travel-related or relevant qualification would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken, read, and written).
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • No criminal or adverse credit record.
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
  • Own transport is advantageous.

Shift Schedule:

  • 07:00 – 16:00
  • 08:00 – 17:00
  • 09:00 – 18:00
  • 10:00 – 19:00
    Shifts include weekends and public holidays.
