FlySafair, operating as Safair Operations, is seeking a Call Centre Agent to join our team at our head office in Bonaero Park. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Manager: Call Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers and passengers.
- Address issues such as delays, cancellations, and general inquiries.
- Provide clear explanations of processes and assist customers as needed.
- Work effectively within a team and accommodate shift work beyond standard hours.
- Manage confidential customer information with discretion.
- Communicate professionally with customers both verbally and in writing.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a Call Centre environment.
- A travel-related or relevant qualification would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (spoken, read, and written).
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- No criminal or adverse credit record.
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
- Own transport is advantageous.

Shift Schedule:
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 08:00 – 17:00
- 09:00 – 18:00

Shifts include weekends and public holidays.
