Join Our Team – BDCS Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and deliver items to clients, stores, or sites while following safety protocols and adhering to delivery schedules.
- Verify orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy, completeness, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure a safe and efficient delivery process.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to maintain a smooth and well-organized workflow.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the delivery vehicle.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly related to deliveries.
Minimum Requirements:
✅ Education: Matric or equivalent (NCV L4)
✅ Driver’s License: Valid Code 8/10 with a valid PDP
✅ Criminal Record: Clear record required
✅ Experience: At least 2-3 years of courier delivery experience
✅ Technology: Must own a smartphone (Android preferred)
✅ Availability: Willing to work shifts
✅ Route Knowledge: Familiarity with Cape Town routes is essential
✅ Team Player: Must be adaptable, cooperative, and flexible
✅ Language Skills: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English
✅ Navigation Skills: Ability to read maps and operate a GPS efficiently
