Execute all wage payroll functions to guarantee precise and punctual employee compensation, while adhering to regulatory standards and service level agreements. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, efficient data management, and proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Process and input employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
Produce and distribute monthly wage cost reports for financial forecasting.
Resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
Generate UI19 forms and certificates of service for departing employees.
Administer provident fund withdrawal processes.
Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Verify employment details for external requests.
Ensure timely completion of all payroll and time and attendance tasks.
Support management with payroll-related reports and queries.
Requirements:
Matric (Senior Certificate).
Payroll Certificate or related experience.
3+ years of payroll administration experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Experience with PaySpace and D365 (preferred).
