Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service and Parts Administrator to join our team.


Key Responsibilities

Purchase Orders

  • Provide system support and problem-solving related to purchase order processes.
  • Ensure accuracy in purchase order transactions, invoicing, and record-keeping.

Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels across workshops.
  • Maintain precise records of parts and inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and adjustments.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies.

Reporting

  • Assist in data extraction and processing.
  • Support the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports, ensuring accurate representation of service and parts-related accounts.
  • Ensure all service and parts-related financial activities comply with accounting standards and relevant regulations.

Key Competencies and Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and solving problems.
  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Previous experience in the motor industry.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
