Administrator – Mr Price Cellular
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Mr Price Cellular stores, ensuring the efficient and timely processing of customer-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations:
- Oversee store hardware management during new store openings, revamps, and maintenance.
- Track and coordinate the movement of fixtures and fittings for store revamps and launches.
- Plan and execute store relocations, revamps, and new store setups in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Repair and Maintenance:
- Manage and oversee all repair and maintenance needs for stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to facilitate efficient store maintenance.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle all administrative functions and reporting related to store projects.
- Process orders for necessary store consumables.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Grade 12 or a relevant qualification in Administration.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and archiving systems.
- Strong written and telephonic communication skills.
- Computer literate with excellent organizational abilities.
