Human Capital Administrator Profile

Role Overview:

The Human Capital Administrator will provide efficient and effective administrative support for the implementation, management, and monitoring of key projects within the Human Capital division. This role plays a crucial part in achieving People Strategic Objectives and overall business goals. The administrator will work closely with Human Capital Business Partners (HCBPs) to ensure seamless project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Administration – Support the execution and management of strategic HR projects.
Talent Acquisition Administration – Assist in recruitment processes, including verification checks.
Engagement & Service Provider Management – Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders.
Legislative Compliance – Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies (BCEA, LRA, EEA, FIC Directive, etc.).
Employee Lifecycle Management – Provide administrative support across all HR functions.
General HR Administration – Manage queries, maintain records, and handle filing efficiently.


Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Education:

  • National Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field (Required).
  • Human Resources Degree (Advantageous).

💼 Work Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Capital Administration or a related role within a corporate HR environment.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition administration and recruitment & selection.
  • Exposure to verification checks (Advantageous).

🔹 Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of HR principles, policies, and governance.

🔹 Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
  • Sound knowledge of HR best practices and processes.
