Human Capital Administrator Profile

Role Overview:
The Human Capital Administrator will provide efficient and effective administrative support for the implementation, management, and monitoring of key projects within the Human Capital division. This role plays a crucial part in achieving People Strategic Objectives and overall business goals. The administrator will work closely with Human Capital Business Partners (HCBPs) to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Project Administration – Support the execution and management of strategic HR projects.
✅ Talent Acquisition Administration – Assist in recruitment processes, including verification checks.
✅ Engagement & Service Provider Management – Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders.
✅ Legislative Compliance – Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies (BCEA, LRA, EEA, FIC Directive, etc.).
✅ Employee Lifecycle Management – Provide administrative support across all HR functions.
✅ General HR Administration – Manage queries, maintain records, and handle filing efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Education:
- National Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field (Required).
- Human Resources Degree (Advantageous).
💼 Work Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Capital Administration or a related role within a corporate HR environment.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition administration and recruitment & selection.
- Exposure to verification checks (Advantageous).
🔹 Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of HR principles, policies, and governance.
🔹 Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices and processes.
