Sappi Southern Africa is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Administrator to be the first point of contact for business customers. This role involves handling order bookings, stock inquiries, delivery instructions, and coordinating transporter arrivals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations of sales orders in SAP.
- Manage the order book, finalize balances, and adjust orders to different machines and warehouse locations.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing planning team for order allocations.
- Maintain customer profiles using the Salesforce system.
- Oversee the distribution and delivery of customer orders via the Track and Trace system.
- Verify customer credit limits before finalizing distributions.
- Provide regular updates on order status, stock availability, and professionally handle customer complaints.
- Issue Certificates of Compliance (COC), invoices, and Proof of Deliveries (PODs) as needed.
What Weβre Looking For:
- A Commerce Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service within a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules for order processing, claims, transportation, and planning.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site during business hours.
