Administrator (Costing)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to service operations.
  • Achieve and maintain cost center financial targets and KPIs.
  • Effectively manage cost center expenses and work-in-progress (WIP).
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Matric (High School Diploma).
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Understanding of relevant Customer Service (CS) processes.
  • 2 years of experience with SAP CS and CRM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
