Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to service operations.
- Achieve and maintain cost center financial targets and KPIs.
- Effectively manage cost center expenses and work-in-progress (WIP).
- Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Matric (High School Diploma).
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- Understanding of relevant Customer Service (CS) processes.
- 2 years of experience with SAP CS and CRM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
