Job Overview

WeBuyCars is seeking a detail-oriented Client Refund Administrator to join our team. The role involves preparing and reviewing all client refund requests, ensuring accuracy, and aligning with company policies. Additionally, the position requires managing incorrect payment requisitions and following up on refunds that do not comply with policy guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client refund communications via email.
  • Prepare and process client refund requests.
  • Verify documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with mailbox management, filing, and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of client refunds in Excel.
  • Analyze refund processes and provide feedback to management.
  • Perform the first approval of payments.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Matric Certificate (Essential)
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role or within a creditors department.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Own vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
    • Proficiency in Excel.
    • Bilingual proficiency.
