Administrator Position Available
An exciting opportunity has opened for an Administrator to join our dynamic team based in the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts administration.
- Handling staff and payroll administration.
- Overseeing tenant administration, including correspondence and processing.
- Performing general office administration.
- Managing Goods Received Voucher (GRV) administration.
- Processing recipe costings.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Own transport is essential.
- Good working knowledge of SPAR SIGMA systems.
- No criminal record and no adverse credit history (vetting will be conducted).
