Administrative Data Management
- Perform administrative tasks to support an efficient transcription process, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain an electronic filing system by accurately organizing and keeping records readily accessible in line with SOPs and legislative requirements.
- Ensure proper record management to support an effective Quality Management System.
- Collect, organize, and accurately capture current materials in the required format.
- Transcribe documents, forms, and templates into controlled templates, ensuring compliance with quality management standards.
- Track and monitor project outcomes to align with established timelines.
- Consistently meet daily performance targets.
- Compile and submit management information or reports to relevant managers.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and documentation at all times.
- Record meeting minutes and distribute them to stakeholders to support project delivery timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information required for accurate documentation transcription.
- Submit completed and approved templates, forms, and records to appropriate departments or managers for further action.
- Work with management to obtain task approvals and ensure compliance with business standards and requirements.
Minimum Requirements: Work Experience
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role, including:
- Data capturing or typing at a junior level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Minimum Requirements: Education
- Matric (High School Certificate).
