Job Description
Administrative Data Management
- Perform administrative tasks to support an efficient transcription process in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain an organized electronic filing system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs and legal requirements.
- Ensure proper record management to uphold an effective Quality Management System.
- Collect, organize, and accurately capture materials in the required format.
- Transcribe documents, forms, and templates into designated formats, ensuring compliance with quality management standards.
- Track and monitor project progress to align with set timelines.
- Maintain high performance levels to meet daily targets.
- Prepare and submit relevant reports and management information as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and documentation.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders to support project timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate transcription.
- Submit completed and approved documents, templates, and records to the relevant departments or managers for further action.
- Work with management to obtain task sign-offs, ensuring compliance with business standards and requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, including:
- Data capturing/typing at a junior level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education:
- Matric (Grade 12).
