Introduction

Phakisa Holdings is currently seeking an Administrator for the Secunda area.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to staff and management within the department.
  • Manage timesheets and employee attendance through biometrics.
  • Oversee stationary management and invoicing.
  • Scope JCEs on the system.
  • Perform filing and general office duties.
  • Capture data for the invoicing process.
  • Conduct stock taking.
  • Capture and manage client data using the Intuitive system.
  • Ensure all NCR deadlines are met.
  • Load client payment details.
  • Negotiate with legal departments.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • Administrative certificates or qualifications
  • Computer literate
  • Experience in administrative roles, including support for staff and management
  • Proficiency in managing timesheets, biometrics, and employee attendance
  • Experience in stationary management, invoicing, and scoping JCEs on the Sasol system
  • Skills in filing, general office duties, data capture for invoicing, stock taking, client data management, meeting NCR deadlines, loading client payment details, and negotiating with legal departments
