
Introduction
Phakisa Holdings is currently seeking an Administrator for the Secunda area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to staff and management within the department.
- Manage timesheets and employee attendance through biometrics.
- Oversee stationary management and invoicing.
- Scope JCEs on the system.
- Perform filing and general office duties.
- Capture data for the invoicing process.
- Conduct stock taking.
- Capture and manage client data using the Intuitive system.
- Ensure all NCR deadlines are met.
- Load client payment details.
- Negotiate with legal departments.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Administrative certificates or qualifications
- Computer literate
- Experience in administrative roles, including support for staff and management
- Proficiency in managing timesheets, biometrics, and employee attendance
- Experience in stationary management, invoicing, and scoping JCEs on the Sasol system
- Skills in filing, general office duties, data capture for invoicing, stock taking, client data management, meeting NCR deadlines, loading client payment details, and negotiating with legal departments
