Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage administrative tasks related to training compliance across all Plants, including maintaining records and controlling documentation.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications - Certificate/Diploma in Administration
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an administrative role
Key Responsibilities
System Management
- Ensure access to confidential data is current and secure
- Maintain system integrity, including the Matrix
- Upload and manage relevant information within systems for timely access
- Update documentation and monitor workflow in the system
Administrative Duties
- Schedule and update contractor training sessions
- Assist contractors with LMS navigation for training purposes
- Coordinate internal training bookings
- Inform Plant management of training completion
- Monitor trainee progress and provide assistance as needed
- Process training reset requests
- Ensure SHERQ compliance, including training accreditation and validity
Job Competencies
