Join a well-established TV and mobile device repair company as a Junior Personal Assistant supporting the Operations Manager. This role requires a proactive individual with strong administrative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Operations Manager’s calendar, emails, and phone calls.
  • Provide administrative support to the call center.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Communicate with B2B and B2C customers.
  • Assist with parts sales quotations and office supply management.
  • Provide general support to the operations team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail.
