Join a well-established TV and mobile device repair company as a Junior Personal Assistant supporting the Operations Manager. This role requires a proactive individual with strong administrative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Operations Manager’s calendar, emails, and phone calls.
- Provide administrative support to the call center.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Communicate with B2B and B2C customers.
- Assist with parts sales quotations and office supply management.
- Provide general support to the operations team.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail.
