Role Responsibilities
- Manage costs and expenses within the approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with various stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members.
- Resolve all customer queries efficiently and within agreed timelines.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, initiatives, and industry practices, drafting and implementing appropriate interventions.
- Comply with governance requirements, including legislative and audit standards.
- Set up and maintain filing systems for the business unit to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain all administrative processes for the department’s operational activities.
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure accuracy in the functional area.
- Provide timely and accurate management information.
- Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent, and team culture to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies, and increase competencies.
- Manage personal development to enhance competencies.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum: A degree in Business Administration or related qualifications, IT Diploma, BCom Information Systems, BSC Eng, BSC Informatics, or related degree.
