Role Overview:
Reception Management:
- Ensuring continuous tidiness of the reception area.
- Welcoming clients with courtesy and warmth.
- Handling Africa Trailers email correspondence for customer service purposes.
- Assisting in sorting and distributing incoming mail.
- Supporting the sales team by addressing customer inquiries.
Switchboard Management:
- Professionally answering incoming calls.
- Identifying the purpose of each call and directing it to the appropriate department promptly.
- Accurately recording messages and promptly relaying them via email to relevant individuals.
- Reporting any issues with phone lines or equipment promptly.
