We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Trace Administrator to join our debt collection team. The ideal candidate should have a strong administrative background and excellent data management skills to support trace operations effectively. This role is based in Pretoria East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capturing, updating, and maintaining records across multiple systems.
  • Assisting management with administrative reporting and requests.
  • Performing clerical tasks related to debt collection and trace functions.
  • Operating debt collection software and extracting relevant data.
  • Managing trace agent lists and overseeing trace data processing.
  • Monitoring statistics, conducting analysis, and coordinating trace outsourcing.
  • Handling difficult clients and debtors professionally.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong administrative and data management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Afrikaans.
  • Fast learner, hardworking, and self-motivated.

Additional Information:

  • Willingness to work overtime on Saturdays and/or weekdays.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive debt collection matters.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage large datasets.

Salary & Benefits:

R12,000 – R15,000 per month
Includes Pension Fund, Medical Insurance, and Bonuses.
