We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Trace Administrator to join our debt collection team. The ideal candidate should have a strong administrative background and excellent data management skills to support trace operations effectively. This role is based in Pretoria East.

Key Responsibilities:
- Capturing, updating, and maintaining records across multiple systems.
- Assisting management with administrative reporting and requests.
- Performing clerical tasks related to debt collection and trace functions.
- Operating debt collection software and extracting relevant data.
- Managing trace agent lists and overseeing trace data processing.
- Monitoring statistics, conducting analysis, and coordinating trace outsourcing.
- Handling difficult clients and debtors professionally.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
- Strong administrative and data management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Afrikaans.
- Fast learner, hardworking, and self-motivated.
Additional Information:
- Willingness to work overtime on Saturdays and/or weekdays.
- Comfortable handling sensitive debt collection matters.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage large datasets.
Salary & Benefits:
R12,000 – R15,000 per month
