Salary: R325 101 per annum
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: 3-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Security Management, Security Risk Management, Computer Science, or Policing.
- Certification: PSIRA Grade C.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an information security environment.
Knowledge of:
- Public Service Regulations
- PFMA and Treasury Regulations
- Compensation Fund goals and value chain
- COIDA, OHS Act
- Batho Pele Principles
- Relevant legislation: MIS Standards, National Strategic Intelligence Act, Criminal Procedure Act, PAIA, PAJA, POPIA, Protection of Information Act, Constitution of South Africa
Skills:
- Data capturing
- Telephone etiquette
- Security and investigative skills
- Communication (written and verbal)
Key Responsibilities
- Implement effective information security practices and ensure compliance.
- Safeguard the Compensation Fund’s data and sensitive information.
- Conduct information security awareness campaigns.
- Oversee pre-screening and vetting clearance processes.
