Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Job Summary

The role involves handling reception duties, managing communication, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, welcoming visitors, processing emails and documents, and assisting with dispute referrals while ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Communication:
- Answer calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
- Screen and route calls efficiently.
- Take accurate messages and forward them promptly.
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate person.
- Assist parties in completing dispute referral forms and provide interpretation if needed.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain an organized reception area.
- Sort and distribute emails efficiently.
- Handle courier services for documents and parcels as requested.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including hand-delivered and couriered items.
- Accurately capture dispute referral forms in the Case Management System (CMS).
- Keep records of Labour Court Review Applications received.
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by the manager.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- Customer service experience is essential.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Fluent in English (multilingual abilities are an advantage).
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Knowledge of the Labour Relations Act and case management systems is beneficial.
