Job Title: Admin Assistant (Temporary Position)
Region: Residential – Midrand
Reporting To: Warehouse Manager – Nikash Debiparsad
Overall Purpose
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for processing completed pick slips received from warehouse personnel, accurately capturing stock data in the system, and ensuring proper stock allocation for jobs. This role includes liaising with the Commercial Admin team on queries, filing processed pick slips, posting stock receipts in the ERP system, updating the GRV register, and assisting with stock-taking during month-end. Additional administrative duties may be assigned as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all pick slips daily.
- Ensure timely processing of completed paperwork.
- Maintain organized filing according to the pick slip register.
- Assist in stock reduction and stock control.
- Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse admin area.
- Process GRV documents in coordination with the Commercial Admin team.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / Grade 12
- Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Data capturing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- SAP experience is a plus.
