Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensuring clients meet FAIS and FICA compliance requirements
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation for both new and existing clients
  • Managing and updating digital systems
  • Performing digital filing and records management
  • Handling general administrative tasks to support the office

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric certificate with Bachelor’s Pass/University Exemption (non-negotiable)
  • Fully computer literate (preference given to those who took CAT or IT in school)
  • At least 1 year of work experience OR a completed tertiary qualification with a keen interest in gaining experience in the financial services industry
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
  • Must be based in Randburg or surrounding areas (non-negotiable)

Remuneration

R8,500 – R13,500 per month (based on experience)
