Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant – Financial Services

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Ensuring clients meet FAIS and FICA compliance requirements
- Preparing and maintaining documentation for both new and existing clients
- Managing and updating digital systems
- Performing digital filing and records management
- Handling general administrative tasks to support the office
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Matric certificate with Bachelor’s Pass/University Exemption (non-negotiable)
- Fully computer literate (preference given to those who took CAT or IT in school)
- At least 1 year of work experience OR a completed tertiary qualification with a keen interest in gaining experience in the financial services industry
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Must be based in Randburg or surrounding areas (non-negotiable)

Remuneration
R8,500 – R13,500 per month (based on experience)
