Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the Store Manager in administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or store administration, with a keen eye for stock control, customer service, and team collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager with stock takes and general store administration
  • Monitor and analyze stock movement to ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Apply and enforce risk management procedures to minimize stock losses and shrinkage
  • Ensure all administrative processes, systems, and reports are accurately maintained and compliant
  • Extract and interpret store reports to evaluate turnover and stock performance
  • Present store performance insights and recommendations to the Store Manager
  • Maintain organized and efficient in-store filing systems
  • Supervise cash and transactional processes to ensure procedural accuracy
  • Enforce store safety and security protocols
  • Process customer transactions through the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • Engage professionally with customers to identify their needs
  • Promote customer loyalty by encouraging participation in cash rewards programs
  • Proactively enhance customer satisfaction and in-store experience
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness
  • Continuously develop selling skills and expand product knowledge
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and implement store strategies
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or administrative experience
