Position: Administration Clerk – Vocational Rehabilitation

Salary: R228,321 per annum plus 37% in lieu of benefits


Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
  • Experience: No prior experience required; however, exposure to a rehabilitation or vocational setting is advantageous

Knowledge & Skills

  • Familiarity with Compensation Fund processes, policies, and procedures
  • Understanding of COIDA legislation and regulations
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, Public Service Act & Regulations, and POPIA
  • Key Skills:
    • Digital proficiency
    • Communication
    • Conflict resolution
    • Stakeholder management
    • Service delivery and innovation

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support services to enhance efficiency
  • Perform clerical tasks related to supply chain management
  • Assist with HR-related administrative duties
  • Support financial administration functions within the Directorate
