Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Bus Driver to join our transportation team. The Bus Driver’s primary responsibility is to operate a bus safely to transport passengers along designated routes.
Duties:
- Operate a bus safely according to a set schedule and route.
- Ensure passenger safety during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers.
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and address their inquiries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus.
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in bus driving or related fields such as school bus driving, shuttle driving, or paratransit is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for maintenance checks is a plus.
