Position: Warranty Administrator – Service Department

Job Summary:
Motus Vereeniging Multifranchise is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join the Service Department. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately prepare, review, and submit warranty claims to the vehicle manufacturer, ensuring compliance with OEM requirements and company standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process warranty claims in accordance with OEM and company standards
- Review submitted claims for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure timely submission of claims to the relevant manufacturer portals
- Maintain records of all claims and related correspondence
- Liaise with service advisors and technicians to verify claim details
- Follow up on claim approvals and resolve any discrepancies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warranty processing and costing
- Previous experience as a Bookings Clerk or in Service Reception within a retail motor dealership is an advantage
- Experience with Drive systems is highly preferred
- Familiarity with warranty procedures for brands such as Renault, Kia, Mazda, Mitsubishi, or Jetour is beneficial
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required
- Computer literacy with strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
