Our client is seeking a finance graduate eager to start their journey as a Trainee Accountant in Bloemfontein. If you have completed your BCom in Accounting and are interested in pursuing your SAIPA or CIMA articles, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Duties:
- Assisting with planning and executing audit engagements
- Preparing journals and financial statements
- Compiling working papers and audit documentation
- Analyzing and interpreting financial statements
- Identifying and evaluating internal control systems
- Staying current with relevant accounting and auditing standards
Qualifications:
- Completed BCom in Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Team player mentality
- Willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Own car and driver’s license
