Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to support the CMS Complaints and Non-Disclosure Specialist. This role involves gathering the necessary documentation, assisting in investigations related to complaints and non-disclosure matters, and maintaining accurate records—ensuring all activities meet required deadlines and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with investigations relating to:
- Non-disclosures
- CMS complaints
- CMS rulings and appeals
- Medico-legal inquiries
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping
- Adhere to set timelines and regulatory requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Diploma in General Nursing
Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in the medical field and/or within the medical scheme managed healthcare environment
