Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team consistently meets targets, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Perform tasks with a solid understanding of financial planning and control principles.
- Monitor and maintain Enaex Africa’s equipment, time management, and infrastructure.
- Plan, organize, control, and report on clerical tasks in line with Enaex Africa’s requirements.
- Identify on-site challenges and make decisions that minimize negative impacts.
- Build and sustain effective working relationships with managers and colleagues.
- Continuously improve personal work processes and manage, capture, and process warehouse reports.
- Order and manage office supplies and maintain employee records on-site.
- Oversee and control the on-site store facility.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Grade 12 / N3 or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the mining industry.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
