Site Administrator at Enaex

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team consistently meets targets, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Perform tasks with a solid understanding of financial planning and control principles.
  • Monitor and maintain Enaex Africa’s equipment, time management, and infrastructure.
  • Plan, organize, control, and report on clerical tasks in line with Enaex Africa’s requirements.
  • Identify on-site challenges and make decisions that minimize negative impacts.
  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with managers and colleagues.
  • Continuously improve personal work processes and manage, capture, and process warehouse reports.
  • Order and manage office supplies and maintain employee records on-site.
  • Oversee and control the on-site store facility.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Grade 12 / N3 or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the mining industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP.
  • A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
