Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to provide a world-class front desk service. This role involves ensuring a smooth and welcoming reception area, managing visitor interactions, and supporting day-to-day corporate facilities operations. The successful candidate will uphold high service standards and deliver a professional, efficient, and friendly experience to clients, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications & Experience:
β Education:
- Matric (Grade 12) β Essential
- Relevant qualification β Advantageous
β Experience (2-5 Years):
- At least 2 yearsβ experience as a corporate receptionist within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in two or more languages is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
π Exceptional Customer Service
- Welcome clients and visitors with a warm smile and professional attitude.
- Ensure each visitor is acknowledged and assisted promptly and courteously.
- Handle incoming calls professionally, directing them to the correct department.
- Engage visitors and clients using polished business communication.
- Respond to queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Escort clients when required, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist the Business Support Team with administrative tasks when needed.
π Data Management & Compliance
- Maintain an accurate visitor management system.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, protocols, and SLAs.
- Adhere to confidentiality regulations (POPIA Act), ensuring sensitive documents remain private.
